Administrative Front Desk Officer
Requirements
o B.Sc in Business Administration or Accounting.
o Minimum of 1 year cognate working experience.
o Excellent communication skills required
o Excellent ICT skills required (Microsoft
Office)
o Must have a finance background
o Must be presentable in appearance
o Growth driven (both personal & company)
o Computer skills required (word, excel,
PowerPoint).
o Self motivated
o Self driven
o Goal getter
Responsibility
o Respond to email inquiries, answer queries
from employees and clients
o Manage office supplies stock and place orders
o Prepare regular reports on petty cash, office
expenses and budgets
o Maintain and update company client database
o Organize a filing system for important and
confidential company documents
o Maintain a company calendar and schedule
appointments for executives
o Distribute and store correspondences (e.g.
letters, emails and packages)
o Arrange travel and accommodations
o Schedule in-house and external events
o Any other assigned tasks
Preferred
Location: Potential candidate must
reside around Ikeja or Oregun and its environs.
